Industrialist and business advisor, former CEO of Siemens UK
Members of the three-year vocL Leader Programme (we call them vocL voices) create compelling messaging and engaging content. They participate in round table discussions, workshops, masterclasses, exclusive networking events and high-profile panel debates (virtually and in person) where they are joined by MPs, civil servants, journalists, and senior business leaders.
They are supported by the vocL community, a dedicated Mentor Associate, their peer-to-peer cohort as well as our impressive group of Founder Associates.
The programme is co-ordinated via our membership app, a safe and constructive space for lively and interesting debate, communication channels, and content creation.
The vocL programme is aimed at organisations' rising stars and potential future C-suite leaders. It is for those with a strong sense of social purpose and a belief that all business leaders and companies should strive to make a positive social impact. They have a keen interest in policy making and are enthusiastic about learning and personal growth.
The vocL leader programme lasts 3 years. In the initial year, participants are mentored and engage in content creation. The subsequent two years are dedicated to practice through live event and panel involvement, networking, and various other growth opportunities.
Yes - vocL aims to build a community striving for a fairer more equal society specifically within the UK.
vocL has an impressive line-up of dedicated associates who play pivotal roles in unlocking the massive potential of our vocL voices and the strategic direction of the programme. To become an associate, please get in touch with us to discuss next steps.
