The vocL eMerging Leader Programme is a highly regarded and selective opportunity for early-career professionals who want to accelerate their development as confident, authentic communicators. Those selected gain access to a national network of ambitious, values-driven peers and unique opportunities to step forward, be heard, and shape conversations on responsible business. Through practical, real-world experience, participants build their voice, confidence and influence at a formative stage of their careers. We reward exceptional submissions with exclusive opportunities, including event tickets featuring speakers such as Deborah Meaden and Amber Rudd, as well as mentoring sessions with senior executive leaders.
