eMerging Leader of the Year 2025

The eMerging Leader Award honours a member of the vocL eMerging Leader Programme who has gone above and beyond in their leadership development, contribution, and commitment to the vocL community, someone who has demonstrated exceptional growth, advocacy, and impact.

The winner is announced at a vocL event, where they receive a certificate and six months of mentorship from one of our expert associates.

In December 2025, the eMerging Leader Award was presented to Lauren Puttock-Brown, Partner at Mayo Wynne Baxter Solicitors at a vocL event held in London at The Shard, in collaboration with Ampa Group.
