Communicating company purpose and societal impact is now a must have ability for any business leader
vocL empowers business leaders, especially future top leaders, to be morally brave, effective communicators, with the ability to positively influence policies for their business and society.
vocL is a leading national professional development programme and network, exclusively for a new generation of value-driven, ambitious, business leaders.

Unlike other Leadership and Training Programmes, members of the three-year vocL Leader Programme (we call them vocL voices) create compelling messaging and engaging content for safe space but real-life situations.
They participate in round table discussions, workshops, podcasts, masterclasses, exclusive networking events and high profile panel debates (virtually and in person) where they are joined by MPs, civil servants, journalists, and senior business leaders.
They are supported by the vocL community, dedicated Mentor Associates, their peer-to-peer cohort as well as our impressive group of Founder Associates.

The programme is coordinated via our membership app, a safe and constructive space for lively and interesting debate, communication channels, and content creation.

vocL Voices have an appetite to read about and speak about issues of concern to them. They have a strong sense of social purpose, and believe, that all business leaders, and all businesses, should seek to have a positive social impact.
They have an interest in policy making and are keen to learn and to grow. They are lively communicators with a curious, questioning, creative mind, and a sense of humour.
vocL has taught me that your voice can be an absolute SUPERPOWER if you know how to use it.
“Engineers are needed to change the world, now more than at any time in our history, but we cannot do our job from behind a desk or inside a factory, we need to put our heads above the parapet, to educate, inspire and challenge our politicians, business leaders and society as a whole. vocL is giving us the confidence to have that voice.”
vocL offers a unique opportunity to nurture leadership skills in a secure environment, enabling networking with peers and collaboration with established business figures to create content. This distinctive approach has the potential to revolutionise the development of confidence, expertise, and platforms for promoting responsible business.
The cost for the three year Leader Programme is £10,000
The vocL cohort has 25 places available each year (with a maximum of three per organisation).
We are happy to help facilitate the selection of your candidates via our website and/or our vocL app.
